Eating Disorder Therapy
If you are struggling with:
Feeling completely drained by the nonstop mental math of food—counting, measuring, compensating—while your body becomes something you manage or punish instead of live in.
Living by secret rules and rituals that quietly run your day, carrying shame that no one sees because on the outside you look “fine” or “in control.”
Being trapped in a constant tug-of-war between hunger and fear—wanting to eat, needing to eat, and feeling terrified of what eating might mean.
Looking in the mirror and feeling disgust, anger, or grief toward your body, no matter what it looks like or how much reassurance you’re given.
Watching your world slowly shrink as the eating disorder takes more space—your energy fades, your health suffers, and relationships feel strained, distant, or secondary to the disorder.
A body drained, a mind unsettled.
Healing Starts Here:
Therapy for Eating Disorders
Therapy with me is a space where we slow things down and get curious about your relationship with food and your body—without judgment, shame, or forcing change before you’re ready.
We’ll work together to understand why the eating disorder has been helpful or protective for you, not just try to eliminate behaviors as quickly as possible.
Sessions are collaborative and paced to you. I won’t take control of your food or body; instead, we’ll build your sense of safety, choice, and trust from the inside out.
We’ll gently untangle the rules, rituals, and fears that have been running in the background, while strengthening your ability to tolerate feelings without turning against your body.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” your appearance or achieving a certain way of eating—it’s about helping you feel more at home in your body and less ruled by fear.
We’ll pay attention to how the eating disorder affects your relationships, identity, and daily life, and work toward expanding your world again—at a pace that feels sustainable.
I understand that part of you may want recovery and part of you may be terrified of it. Both parts are welcome here, and neither will be shamed
You don’t have to do this alone.
Sport Performance Therapy
If you are struggling with:
Living in constant tension—feeling like you’re only as good as your last performance, and carrying the quiet fear that one misstep could disappoint everyone
Pushing yourself endlessly, yet never feeling proud or enough, no matter how hard you try and achieve
Trying to hold everything together—training, work or school, relationships—while feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure where you’re allowed to rest
Leaving sport and feeling lost—grieving the loss of structure, identity, or belonging, and wondering who you are when competition no longer defines you
The pressure to perform never stops.
Train Your Mind With
Sport Performance Therapy
Therapy with me is a space to pause, notice what’s weighing on you, and explore it at your own pace—without judgment, shame, or rushing toward change.
We’ll explore what it feels like to always be performing, to worry that one mistake could disappoint those around you, and how that tension shows up in your body, thoughts, and daily life. The goal isn’t to push it away, but to understand it and find ways to carry it with less weight.
We’ll also look at the constant striving—working so hard and still feeling like it’s never enough. Together, we’ll explore why you push yourself this way, and gently practice building a sense of pride and self-worth that isn’t tied to achievement or results.
If you’re stretched thin, trying to balance training, work or school, and relationships, we’ll focus on creating space for rest, connection, and boundaries. You’ll learn that slowing down isn’t failing—it’s a vital part of staying grounded and whole.
For those transitioning out of sport, we’ll tend to the loss and uncertainty that can come when competition no longer defines you. Therapy will be a place to grieve, explore your identity, and reconnect with what matters to you beyond performance.
Sessions are collaborative, paced to your needs, and focused on rebuilding trust in yourself. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” anything—it’s about helping you feel steadier, more present, and more at home in your life, even when the pressures and expectations feel relentless.
