Taylor Allen, PhD - Eating Disorder and Sport Performance Licensed Psychologist

I’ve helped so many people work through the painful cycle of food, body image, and performance. Maybe you find yourself counting calories, feeling guilty after eating, or believing your worth depends on how you look or perform.

For athletes, that pressure can feel even heavier—constant comparison, fear of losing your edge, or pushing your body past its limits.

The good news is, you don’t have to keep carrying this on your own.

For me, this work is deeply personal.

I grew up as a competitive figure skater and poured everything into my sport—until a career-ending injury shifted the course of my life.

That experience lit the spark that eventually led me to pursue psychology, with the goal of helping adults and athletes create healthier, more sustainable lives.
